Apartments across levels one to eight excitedly begin settlements.
Approaching June 2022, the first portion of settlements in Aspire Melbourne are expected to commence any day now, comprising majority of apartments from levels one through eight.

Significant progress is also being made to the rest of the building with SP2 settlements coming up shortly.
As seen in the latest timelapse video, Aspire Melbourne's core has progressed up to level 41, with concrete slabs poured up to level 36. Our dedicated builders have also completed the steel façade of level 9's pool, taking the first steps towards finishing the entire floor of luxury amenities for residents.
Externally, the building's ground floor has received all GRC installations with progress being made up to level 26 with façade installation.
Aspire Melbourne's impressive podium has also been fully fitted out with planted belting, allowing the greenery to begin to grow that will eventually cascade down the side of the tower.
Apartments on levels one to eight are receiving final fit out touches with our attentive team making regular site visits to ensure the highest quality is delivered.
The ground floor lobby is currently undoing final fitout with the low-rise lobby due for completion when SP1 purchasers move in.
Settlement timeframes for each separable portion remain as follows:
- SP1 Settlements Commencing.
- SP2 anticipated to Settle in Q3 2022, and
- SP3 scheduled to reach Practical Completion and commence Settlements occurring in Q3 2023.
